Oh Happy Day!

Here are a few pictures that we have taken during the last week. Avery took her first steps last Friday (14 August) and although I have some video of this, I am very technologically challenged and can't work out how to send it to you (I think it is too long and I don't know how to edit it!) So here is a picture of Avy standing up and being her usual cheeky self....

Brotherly Love

I love this photo of Sethi helping his little sister. The kids love playing with Avy and helping her to learn new things. Just lately Seth has started getting Avy out of her cot in the mornings when she wakes up and bringing her into my bed (where LuLu also resides!) And all three of us get to have an early morning snuggle!

Tee Pee Treasures

On the holidays the kids decided to have a tee pee picnic. Things started out pleasantly enough.....



Then Avery made sure she got in first.....



And then sat on all the food so nobody else stood a chance!



Despite all of this, it was a beautiful, warm winter day and we all had a lovely play outside in the sun.
