lets start this up again

Ok so I am over being sick and having no hobbies so the last couple of days I have been playing on facebook. Now I am here because I think that this is a great way to keep in touch and I am procrastinating.
So here's what's been happening with me lately. I have a 7 week (I think that's right) old baby girl that I love. She feeds and sleeps really well. She's almost sleeping through the night. I put her to bed at 7:30 and most of the time she sleeps through till after 6 but every now and then she throws in a 4 or 5 am :( I have an almost 2 year old that is finding his independence and frustration but still isn't talking. Its been really hard for him the last month. Jozef, Cornelia & I got a cold (which involved jozef wearing bibs for the snot) and that was horrible, but we got over it. Then Marty got a sinus infection which was bad for him and then we all got sick again. Cornelia had bronchilitis (I have no idea how to spell that), basically a bad cold for a little baby and she was crying out in pain and coughing up phlegm. Then to top it all off last Wednesday I got an ear ache so bad that I went to the hospital at 2 in the morning. An injection of pain killers and 1 ear infection later I went home. I had to feed cornelia formula for the next feed and then until wednesday this week i was pretty much in constant pain (dulled only by the paneidine that I was taking like clockwork as often as I could). Lets just say I was sore and sorry for myself and didn't even wake up to Cornelia crying 2 nights because I was so deaf. I'm feeling a lot better now (because I went to see a good doctor that knew what he was talking about) and I am getting better. So that is the end of my little story.

To end on a funny note Jozef takes toys to bed with him every time he sleeps. Because it doesn't keep him up and it helps him sleep we let him. We limit it to 2 or 3 if we're feeling nice. It's different ones each time and he puts them on his bed beside him and looks at them while he sucks his fingers and goes to sleep. Some of the things he chooses just makes me laugh. Last night he took a plastic spoon, a wooden screw from his tool set and a stop sign from his train set. I love our boy.
